We loved the Finger Lakes region of Upper State New York. So many good hikes with waterfalls. Beautiful lakes to explore. Don’t miss the town of Seneca Falls, NY. It is the birth place of the Women’s Suffrage Movement with a great museum. It also has a It’s a wonderful life museum both are free. Bonus Niagara Falls is a few hour drive away. It’s a great vacation and affordable.
